Pauline Fowler
Office Manager
Hi, I’m Pauline Fowler, and I’m so happy you’re here.
I grew up right here in Chaplin, Connecticut — small town roots that shaped who I am in the best ways. I was raised on faith, creativity, hard work, and the belief that how you treat people truly matters. After some time away, I felt called to come back home to Connecticut about three years ago. There’s something special about this community — and being able to serve the people here means more to me than I can put into words.
At Transforming Health, I’m often the first voice you’ll hear and the person helping guide you through appointments, insurance questions, or paperwork. But more than that, I want you to feel welcomed, understood, and genuinely cared for. Whether you’re navigating an injury, dealing with insurance stress, or simply prioritizing your health again, I’m here to make the process feel less overwhelming and more human.
Outside the office, I’m deeply drawn to art in all its forms. Painting and photography are my favorite creative outlets — they allow me to slow down, notice beauty, and express what words sometimes can’t. Creativity fuels me, and I think that same creativity helps me problem-solve and think outside the box when helping our patients.
And because small-town favorites deserve a mention — my guilty pleasures are a slice from Twins Pizza and rolled tacos from Rosa Gallo’s. If you know, you know.
I would describe myself as warm, welcoming, caring, and passionate about what I do. I believe details matter. People matter more. And when you walk through our doors, you’re not just a patient — you’re part of our community.
I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey toward better health.
